I want a new cameraaaaaaaaaaaa

I’ll be back later with a real post, for sure. A LOT has happened in the last week or so, including me catching the plague, so I haven’t been so keen to update. But I am feeling better so I will be sharing some stuff later about the Sheep to Shawl, the grad show, and other goings on.

Tomorrow, we art! You should most definitely come check it out if you can. It is at the Ferry Building in West Vancouver and there will be lots of amazing things there. It is our proof that we survived textiling.

Another thing is happening on Friday, at the Red Gate gallery on Hastings street. There is a textiles show there and I will have some things there also. I am torn between posting photos of things here and making you go to look at it. Hmmn.

Valerie even helped me make a dress to wear for the arts.

It is about as obnoxious as it looks. I will probably wear a yellow cardigan with it.

Oh what the heck I will show you hipstamatic style photos, then you will know sort of what it looks like but you will still long to experience it in person. And I know some of you cannot go so this will tide you over.

I knit a face. It reminds me of the Scream.

Bonus points if you know what story inspired it. (It’s easy. These are easy bonus points.)

This one is slightly less easy. It is Ukrainian style.

I wonder if David Suzuki would be offended by the weird fake wood frame. I kinda wish I had a real wood one with like branches growing out of it. Oh well. Time, I NEED MORE TIME.
