Let’s go see this movie together!

Ok ok, so I don’t know why I haven’t talked about movies, mostly I have been avoiding it because I think about doing it but then I’m like oh god I am not even funny why bother. But I did see movies! I promise! I saw Black Swan and Season of the Witch and then I also watched some movies on the on demand and also on Netflix and well let’s just say I have a lot of things to talk about but oh well oh well. And I could do a video right this second but Maine is here and he makes me feel awkward. I need Tams time to do it. But Sunday I do not have to go to work anymore and he does so I bet I will have more time on this Sunday. FOR REAL.

Then when New Year happened I was all “I’m gonna do a 365 project” and after about two days I realized I don’t really do much other than work/school and apparently watch movies, and how many photos can I possibly take in or around the office?

Evidently quite a few?

Lucky for me (and you!), where I work is kind of visually interesting. Sometimes there are fake rainbows (it is hard to tell in this photo but there are rainbows happening in the parking lot and you can see it in the ground).

And sometimes there are real rainbows! I noticed this one while I was having my lunch on the weekend, which is actually more like 3 pm but whatever. And when I work an 8 hr shift I get 45 minutes for lunch so I had plenty of time to go out and admire it! Best day! But I kept wishing it was double rainbow style because let’s be honest that isn’t old to me yet.

I guess they were filming Mission:Impossible Elevendy Billion the other day and they tried to make it look like India (seriously?) and there was this wicked awesome old timey car there and instead of taking a picture of it, I took a quick snap of this tiny truck. SO CUTE!

Maybe when it gets nicer out I will use my long lunch to walk around because I am getting a tiny bit bored of lunching alone.

This is where I work. At night it lights up. Also one time a few weeks ago, one of the people in the condos near the top decided they didn’t enjoy living anymore and jumped. They landed on the day care patio. Pretty rude. This is probably offensive of me to say this, but I feel like if you really want to kill yourself, fine go ahead it is your own life you are wasting (by the way, whatever shitty situation you are in, probably it will eventually get better. I won’t guarantee it will, but it is pretty damn likely, so please don’t actually do it), and yeah anyway if you want to kill yourself I feel it is a dick move to do it in a way where it could interfere greatly or traumatize other people. So please do it in the least obnoxious way. Ok. Thanks!

In more hilarious news, I think that puddle was just orange juice but it was funny watching it swish around and people getting grossed out by it.

Oh another movie I watched recently was with Terry and it was called Black Hole and let’s just say it is not important but what is important is how much of a freakin’ ham my cat was being. Seriously. He has not even seen Terry in like 2 years (none of us have because he has been living the Master of the Universe dream in Newfoundland). But he was all “HI TERRY CAN I SIT ON YOU, OH MY, YOU ARE COMFORTABLE PLEASE WATCH AS I ROLL AROUND ON YOU BUT DO NOT TOUCH MY BELLY OR I WILL SLICE YOU WITH MY RAZOR HANDS”.

Also today in our 3D/Sculpture class we were given things and told to make a thing with it and we made this tiny pencil forest. I have a blister on my thumb from sharpening pencils. Good times.

Then I had sushi with Maine and Hilary, and after when we came home I saw this:

Thanks, neighbour guy! I love paying more for heat in the winter because you decided it is too hot in your apartment and it is totally cool to open your balcony when it is ZERO DEGREES OUT! It is the best day ever when the landlord gives me the gas bill, which is shared equally by all the tenants, and it is like $85 friggen dollars. SO GOOD.

I promised the world I would start doing SPOILER SUNDAY WITH TAMS and today is Sunday. But now I have to go to work. And Sunday is “call and try to get a better deal” day, so I don’t know how fun I’ll be later but I actually did see a movie this week and it was a new style one so maybe we can talk about it later.

By the way, a terrible thing happened the other day where I had a long lunch and I got bored and thought about buying a magazine. So I went to the store and saw something peeking out that looked like it had potential.

BUT I WAS SO MISLED. This is the rudest ever, I don’t even know why they would put space on the front of a thing about the BIBLE. zzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Look I was so disgusted I just wanted to leave, I couldn’t even take a clear picture of it.

Oh P.S. Happy new year blah blah oh my god are we done yet? I feel the rudest ever but seriously it is kind of funny how people are like IT IS A NEW YEAR! THIS ONE WILL BE AMAZING! I mean ok good for you for thinking that, but on the other hand, today is just another day. You are the boss of your life. Not a calendar.
