If you want to relive my day, you can go to the Regional Assembly of Text on the internet if you can’t go in real life. But if you can go in real life, you should. It is on Main street near King Edward (more like 23rd?). It is by the Purple Crab, which has excellent calamari. (We did not go there today but now that I mention it I think we should have.) After you are done you can go to Birkeland Bro’s and buy some delicious yarns. You can probably skip the trip to Office Depot and go straight to Trout Lake on your bikes. I do not recommend going in the night.

Oh and by the way, Vancouver is Awesome is AWESOME. One of my favourite blogs because it is about my favourite city. I like to talk about things I did in Vancouver but let’s be honest, they do it so much better. Ch-ch-ch-check it out.

TransLink linked to me! This is pretty exciting stuff. Mostly because it means people who are not already my friend are reading my blog sometimes! Crazy! Go read it – it is about awesome things on the Canada line. When the Canada Line first started, back in the days when it was still called the RAV line, I pretty much did not care, because hey I never go to Richmond so why would I? But! The great thing is… Now I can go to Richmond! And cool stuff is in Richmond! And also other places.

Ok so another thing you should know is that people are STILL arguing about whether or not Pluto is a planet. And the thing is, I love Pluto too but it’s real tiny and far out and probably not really a planet. If we call Pluto a planet then there are other things that are basically the same size that we could call planets and then everything would be a planet and what would be the point? I love you, Pluto, and I think it is rad that you came from the Kuiper belt cause that is sweet too.

I made these last night, and will likely make some more other kinds and hopefully put them up for sale. I am thinking necklaces and keychains as options? I want to play around with them and make sure they do not fall apart. I still have to varnish them or whatever.

I also signed up for this class which is being offered by one of my favourite craft ladies, Leigh-Ann from frecklednest.com. The things I love about her are that she is awesome at colours, she is so positive and sunny and funny, and she makes magical things. She is sweet without me being like “NO ONE IS THAT NICE IT MUST BE AN ACT”. Oh also she is Canadian! Yes!

I am looking pretty forward to it because I basically have no business sense what-so-ever and it looks like a lot of awesome things will happen in it.

On Friday we went to the Lions game and well long story short it was awesome at the beginning and then it quickly went downhill.

Way to walk into my shot, buddy! But yeah, we got tickets for free (I won them at work… I won a lot of stuff.) so it was not a big deal that we left after the third, right?

Maine thinks they need to invest in a new font. I really don’t think that is going to fill the seats, though. Should invest in WINNING if you ask me.

On the up side I did get cotton candy for the first time in about elevendy billion years. So pink! So fluffy! So full of diabetes!

I think a good thing happened right after this but I cannot remember. Football is kind of slow and annoying to me. I much prefer hockey. I don’t understand the penalties in the CFL – it seems like flags happen all the time?

Last night we ate delicious beans via an awesome recipe from How It All Vegan. Once upon a time I tried to be vegan and then I had dreams about sushi and salmon and couldn’t do it. But I still bust out the cookbooks from time to time. I can’t find the recipe on the internet but it pretty much is just a can of beans, a can of corn, some tomato, peppers (I used green cause that’s what I had), a jalapeno (wash your hands after chopping – I always forget this and then have burning on my face), cilantro, lime juice and a bit of salt.

Voila!

Oh my goodness DO NOT FORGET THE AVOCADO like I just did! So necessary!
