A few of the things I’ve been up to…
An embroidered/felt pillow for Val’s birthday. I cheated and traced the dinosaurs from the cookie cutters I bought a little while ago. I am considering making some more disaster themed pillows in the future.
Handspun merino. I bought some roving from Birkeland Bros and spun it on my drop spindle. Again, no idea what to turn it into. Any ideas?

Sorry the picture is blurry, the lighting isn’t so great in the night so I was using night time mode with flash, so it’s all weird. If it is sunny tomorrow (dare to dream), I will take a photo outside maybe?
Speaking of sun, I would have liked some today.
Maine and I went downtown to buy some things, including NEW SHOES:
The awesome laces are too short so I had to do a thing. Oh well.
We went to a crazy bookstore but I got annoyed because it was full of weekend people, so then we went to Dressew so I could buy fabric. I’m going to make a skirt. Or a few.
He was pretty patient, but we were really only in there for like 3 minutes. Then we had BEER! and SUSHI! I wanted Bubble Tea but I could not find any nearby. Sad times.
Anyways I am kind of contemplating doing that 365 thing. I am saying contemplating because I will probably get bored/give up after a week. But! Here’s pretending I will do it.
